What should I do if the film I downloaded doesn’t play properly or is corrupted?

Make sure you click on “Save As” when you begin the download and not simply “Open.” Choose a location to save the file, such as your desktop or the folder you use to store media files. Wait until the download is complete before opening the file in the media player of your choice.

Sometimes a network or technical issue may prevent you from successfully completing the download of a film. If you are unable to complete a download, you can always restart your download here.

Internet connection issues can result in defective files; if you are having trouble with playback, try deleting the file and downloading it again. If you continue to have technical problems, please contact us and specify the film title and resolution so that we can investigate further.
