You must confirm your NFB.ca account after creating it, to be able to log in and use it.

When you create a NFB.ca account, an email containing a six digit confirmation code is sent to you. This code is valid for 48 hours after the account creation.

To confirm your account enter the code you received by email in the appropriate field in the account creation page, or in the account login page.

This confirmation email could take up to an hour to reach your inbox, but is usually sent within minutes. If you can’t find this email please check your spam or junk mail folder.

If the code has expired or you never received it, try to log in on NFB.ca and click on the “Resend code” link. A new code will be sent and the 48 hours will be reset.
