How do I find the films I have purchased?
You can access all the films that you have purchased here: https://www.nfb.ca/member/my-library. Make sure that you are logged into your account in order to view the films in your library. Please note that you must enter your e-mail address (as opposed to your username) in order to log in to your account.
We recommend that you select “Save As” when you are downloading a film, so that you can choose where the file will be stored on your computer. This will make it easier to find the downloaded file when you are ready to watch the film.
